What we collect
When you create an account we collect your username, email address, and any name you choose to add to your profile. When you create or respond to a plan, we store the activity details, candidate dates, and your availability responses so the people you've invited can see them.
How we use it
We use your information to run the service: showing your plans to the people you invite, sending email notifications about activities you're part of (invites, reminders, confirmations), and letting you sign back in. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see your information
People you invite to a plan can see your name and your availability responses for that plan. Members of a saved group can see who else is in that group. We don't share your information with anyone outside the app.
Your choices
You can update or delete your account at any time from your settings. If you'd like your data removed and can't find the option you need, contact us and we'll help.
