Terms of Service

Using wereinsync

wereinsync is a free tool for proposing activities, collecting availability, and confirming plans with your friends. By creating an account or responding to a plan, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity you create or invite others to, and for keeping your login details secure. You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country to create an account.

Acceptable use

Don't use wereinsync to organize anything illegal, to harass or impersonate others, or to send invites to people who haven't agreed to receive them. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

No warranty

wereinsync is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we're not responsible for plans that fall through.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use wereinsync after an update means you accept the revised terms.
